Term: July 1st, 2024 – June 30, 2027

This Core Orchestra General Agreement (COGA) between the Toronto Musicians’ Association (TMA) and Tafelmusik sets forth the following provisions for core orchestra members:

• Minimum employment terms and conditions
• Audition procedures and tenure guidelines
• Touring regulations
• Paid and unpaid leave policies, including Pregnancy and Parental Leave
• Pension plans
• Pay rates for extras and substitutes
• Electronic Media and the Electronic Media Guarantee
• Dress Code policy
• Respectful Workplace policy
