Unison Fund Counselling Health Services:
Unison partners with TELUS Health to offer up to 5 hours of free counseling services for registered members. If more support is required, additional hours can be requested through Unison. TELUS Health also provides guidance on further mental health resources.
CAMH Virtual Urgent Care:
The CAMH Virtual Urgent Care Clinic offers same-day virtual mental health consultations for Toronto residents via computer, smartphone, or tablet. Simply complete a quick registration, and you’ll be connected to a mental health professional at a convenient time.
Ontario Coalition of Rape Crisis Centres:
