Mirvish Theatres’ Agreement

Term: September 5th, 2022, to September 6th, 2026

This agreement covers all instrumental musicians, musical director/conductors, assistant conductors, associate conductors, arrangers, orchestrators, contractors, copyists and librarians, (hereinafter called the “musicians”), engaged at Royal Alexandra Theatre, the Princess of Wales Theatre, the CAA Ed Mirvish Theatre or the CAA Theatre.

The agreement contains:

• Minimum work hours (rehearsal and performance)
• Fees
• Overtime
• Doubling Fees
• Pension 
• Substitute Pay
• Recording & Media use
• General Working conditions
