Harassment at Work
At the TMA, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any form of disrespectful behaviour, including racism, discrimination, sexual violence, and harassment. As a signatory to the Canadian Creative Industries Code of Conduct, we are committed to preventing and addressing harassment, discrimination, bullying, and violence in the workplace.
Harassment can take many forms, including but not limited to:
- Unwanted sexual attention
- Inappropriate jokes or texts
- Threats or intimidation
- Any other unwelcome verbal, written, visual, or physical communication or conduct.
Building Safe and Respectful Workplaces
Every individual has a role in fostering a respectful and safe work environment. Harassment, discrimination, bullying, and violence impact people across all levels of the industry. Promoting gender equality and diversity is key to breaking down these harmful behaviours.

Reporting Workplace Harassment
If you experience or witness bullying, harassment, discrimination, or sexual violence while working for the following organizations, you should refer to their respective agreements for reporting procedures:
