Drayton Entertainment Agreement

Term: January 1st, 2020 to December 31st, 2024

This agreement covers all instrumental musicians, music directors/conductors, assistant conductors, associate conductors, arrangers, orchestrators, contractors, copyists and librarians, contracted to perform at:

• The King’s Wharf – Penetanguishene*
• Hamilton Family Theatre – Cambridge
• Drayton Festival Theatre – Drayton
• Huron Country Playhouse – Grand Bend
• St. Jacob’s Country Playhouse – Waterloo

*Please note excepting The King’s Wharf Theatre, all other listed venues are within Central Ontario Musicians Local 226 jurisdiction.

The agreement contains:

• Minimum Fees
• Roles and Responsibilities
• Steward
• Worktime
• Premiums
• Pension Contribution
• Other minimum terms and conditions and appendixes
