CBC (General Production) Agreement
Term: Valid until October 31st, 2027
This agreement between the CBC and the CFM applies to in-house CBC productions and sets out the minimum terms and conditions for engaging session musicians for CBC TV and Radio productions. The agreement covers:
- Live sessions (see Module 1)
- Underscore and Theme (see Module 2)
- Electronic Music Devices, DAW and Synchronized Devices (see Module 3)
- Remote Sessions (see Module 4)
- Programme Segment Excepts, Packages and Distribution (see Module 5)
This agreement also applies to other broadcasting TV and Radio production that is not produced by the CBC.
