Limited Pressing

Term: Renewed to January 31st, 2026

This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which a Producer may engage musicians in the production of audio or audio/visual recordings for limited pressings of physical product, limited distribution of digital downloads and/or streams as follows: 

• For physical products (CD, tape, disk, etc.) – 3,000 units 
• For digital downloads – 10,000 units 
• For streams – 450,000 units
