Recording Contracts & Broadcasting (B) Forms

Once you have received a countersigned Letter of Adherence from the CFM or TMA for the applicable agreement, the next step is to complete the corresponding Contract Report Form or “B” form, and remit it to TMA.

Each Contract Form must be signed by both the Signatory (the engager who signed the Letter of Adherence/Acceptance) and the Leader (the musician leading the performance group).
