Toronto Symphony Orchestra (TSO)

Term: July 16th, 2024 – July 15th, 2027

This General Agreement between Toronto Musicians’ Association (TMA) and the Toronto Symphony Orchestra (TSO) provides for:

  • The minimum terms and conditions for the employment of any member of the orchestra
  • Auditions and granting tenure
  • Touring
  • Paid and unpaid leaves – including Pregnancy and Parental Leave
  • Pension
  • Rates of pay for extras and substitutes
  • Electronic Media and Electronic Media Guarantee
  • Dress Code policy
  • Respectful Workplace policy
